Booking an appointment:

A first appointment usually lasts between 45 & 60 minutes and includes an introduction and a verbal “body scan” and health check. Further appointments then normally last 45 minutes.

It is recommended that new clients attend three starter appointments spread over eleven days to determine response and progress to the releases. Astonishing results are often seen after these initial three sessions.

The releases are performed on the fully clothed client while they lie on a specially designed BSR couch.
